Teen's Class
Our Teen's Class is designed help each student become a well rounded martial artist by exposing them to different styles, ranges and techniques. We incorporate Kali, Silat, JKD and Muay Thai in these classes to teach self defense, fitness and self discipline. Students track their training hours and test at their own speed.
